Managing Director - Richard Wood

Richard is an experienced security cleared (SC) Business Requirements Analyst and Business Change/Re-engineering professional with experience in the development of organisational capability and the implementation of business change. Richard has an extensive business change portfolio with influencing and political skills to achieve effective Business Change and lasting Business Improvement within a criminal justice environment.
Richard has extensive project experience as a consultant in Prince2/Agile environments developing process, culture and organisational change, achieving results across functions using implementation and communication management skills. Richard has extensive experience in the lifecycle management of technically driven solutions from initial needs analysis through to design, development, testing, implementation and training.
Richards experience is enhanced by his hands on knowledge of best practice tools and methods. Including Business Process Modelling Notation (BPMN) detailing end to end business process flows. Experienced in Business Change, Requirements Capture, Process Modelling, UML, Use Cases, Scenarios.
Richard is a qualified practitioner of Neuro Linguist Programming (NLP) with extensive people skills as an experienced coach, mentor and facilitator. Richard has a Prince 2 qualification and holds the status of Professional Member of The British Computer Society (MBCS).
To enhance his continued professional development Richard is currently studying for a Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma - Business Improvement qualification.
